
Business Developer Infrastructure & Building

- Prospect and identify new clients in the infrastructure (transport, energy, public works) and building sectors (commercial, industrial, residential).
- Analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and draft technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop and maintain a network of partners, specifiers, project owners, and general contractors.
- Conduct market intelligence, monitor tenders, and anticipate business opportunities.
- Contribute to the commercial strategy and positioning of the company in new markets.
- Monitor sales performance indicators and report progress to management.
- Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Master's degree in business, engineering, urban planning, construction, or equivalent. A dual technical and commercial background is an asset.
- 5 to 7 years' experience in business development, ideally in infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
- Good knowledge of public and private markets in construction/infrastructure.
- Ability to understand technical documents and communicate with engineers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and commercial negotiation techniques.
- Familiarity with tender processes and contract management.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Excellent persuasion and business development abilities.
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
- Team spirit and ability to work in project mode
- Good level in spoken and written French and English (professional level required)
