- Develop and execute integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans for the CWFA region, aligned with Visa's business goals.
- Identify local market opportunities and insights to inform marketing strategy.
- Design, localize, and implement multi-channel campaigns
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, from briefing agencies to post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with country managers, product, sales, and client teams to develop joint marketing activities with key clients and partners.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with Visa's brand guidelines and voice.
- Drive brand visibility and preference in the CWFA markets.
- Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights.
- Market Understanding
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform marketing activities.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to regional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-market role.
- Demonstrable experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in financial services, payments, fintech, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the CWFA markets and consumer landscape.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), proficiency in other local languages is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven approach, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
