We are devising smarter systems that control and monitor oil and gas extraction.Partner with the bestAs a Financial Specialist, responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.You will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
  • Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, engineering, supply, commissioning.
  • Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
  • Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with proven experience in Finance
  • Have at least 4 years relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis Operations
  • Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Be an experienced problem identifier and solver, with proven analytical and organizational ability
